Production Line

As BVS Cranes, we manufacture in 37.000 square meters a closed area with an up-to-date technologies CNC machining centers, CNC and plasma cutting benches, lathe, milling machines, boring machines, automatic belt sandblasting machines, and ex-proof paint booths.

At BVS Cranes, all stages from sales-purchasing to production processes, from customer orders to the creation of production demands and the entry of these products into their warehouses are carried out with an integrated ERP system.

Delivering materials for production, placing the product in the relevant warehouse areas and entry-exit dispatches are carried out with barcode devices integrated into the ERP system.

Every piece produced is monitored with its own material card, all kinds of quality and production information of the product and the material used are kept in our system.

BVS Cranes has initiated its activities in 1985 in Ankara, and has become one of the leader companies and gained the right position in Turkish Crane Industry with the strength and trust received from its customers.

Our industry passion started in a small workshop and in time BVS Cranes became the leader crane manufacturing company in Turkey. And today BVS Cranes has 400 employees , around 100.000 squaremeters indoor area manufacturing facilities, headquarters in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Germany and USA Regional Sales and Service offices, Çukurova Service Office,  domestic and international dealer network, common after sales service network and cooperation with the world brands releated to the crane industry.
