Spare Parts

BVSBülbüloğlu Crane Industry guarantees the provision of every part of all cranes it produces. Our After-Sale Service Department works intensely in order to present spare parts and good price to our customers. Our storage of spare parts is in our ANKARA factory. 
 
It is strongly recommended to use original parts in cranes. Using original spare parts and suitable accessories in maintenance and repair services prolongs the life of cranes. Also, it is important for the validity of guarantee term and working efficiency. In some times, exchanging a part is more suitable than repairing it. Major malfunctions to arouse in the future are prevented in this way. 
 

EFFICIENT STOCK MANAGEMENT

Owing to the BVS Efficient Stock Management, maximum spare parts stock capacity is calculated and continuous supply is provided. In this way, we are able to respond to malfunctions and demands in a shorter time.

With over 30 years of experience, technical infrastructure and strong staff, as BVS Bülbüloğlu Crane Industry, we offer periodic maintenance and control services to meet all the expectations of you, our valued customers.

For the long life time, efficient and safe operation of cranes; they require daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance. It is possible for daily and weekly controls and maintenance to be carried out by the user companies. The maintenance and controls to be carried out quarterly 4 times a year must be carried out by qualified expert companies and individuals.
 
With our expert and qualified technical staff, as BVS Cranes we offer service to all cranes, BVS brand in particular. During this periodic maintenance that must be carried out 4 times a year, the technical specifications, spare parts used, and operations carried out at are recorded for all cranes. Thus, the tracking of maintained cranes is ensured.
 

Maintenance and Control Classes

  • Preventive Maintenance, is maintenance carried out prior to a fault occurring. With this maintenance, the minimizing of risks on a crane or their elimination is provided.
  • Routine Maintenance/Fault, is the daily and immediate maintenance for cranes to operate continuously.
  • Planned Maintenance: Is maintenance covering detailed and heavy interventions carried out at determined periods with annual maintenance agreements. It is recommended that maintenance to be carried out within the plan should be carried out in 3 monthly periods 4 times a year. Thus the monitoring of cranes increases along with their useful life.

 BVS Cranes has been accredited by Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) as of 08.04.2016 under TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 standard. Within the scope of this accreditation, the Inspection Department within BVS, in addition to providing Periodic Control service to all brands of cranes while maintaining its independence and impartiality; dynamic load tests required according to legislation are offered to customers by expert staff. 
 

BVS, bringing together the Periodic Inspections required by legislation once a year and annual maintenance agreements, offers customers this opportunity as a first in Turkey.

With the technological equipment used by BVS Cranes against hidden defects which cannot be seen by the eye during maintenance and inspections, the necessary determinations and controls are carried out to relieve these faults.

Laser Shaft Axis And Coupling Adjusting Device

 
    Axial misalignments on the motor and gear box connections may not be visible by eye on the crane. For this reason, we are able to determine faults in advance using our Fixture Laser device.
 

Endoscopic Imaging Device

 
   In order to determine faults during most malfunctions in gear boxes, the disassembly of the gear box is necessary. This situation causes both a loss of time and labour. With endoscopic imaging devices, the fault detection is carried out rapidly, and loss of time and labour prevented.
 
 

Line Inspection (NDT)

 
   After a period of time in operation or according to the working environment, some problems can arise with the lines used on cranes. While it is possible to visually check for wear, breakage and torsion on the outer wire of the lines, it is not possible to control visually for the wire breakage within the core. As Bülbüloğlu Cranes, we carry out inspections of lines using our NDT devices and prevent possible issues. Tests are carried out according to DIN ISO 4309 standards.
  

Vibration Test Device

 
  With these devices within BVS technical service, the required vibration tests of the equipment is carried out, and any possible malfunctions that may occur with the equipment are prevented.
