 BVS Cranes has been accredited by Turkish Accreditation Agency (TURKAK) as of 08.04.2016 under TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 standard. Within the scope of this accreditation, the Inspection Department within BVS, in addition to providing Periodic Control service to all brands of cranes while maintaining its independence and impartiality; dynamic load tests required according to legislation are offered to customers by expert staff. 
 

BVS, bringing together the Periodic Inspections required by legislation once a year and annual maintenance agreements, offers customers this opportunity as a first in Turkey.

With the technological equipment used by BVS Cranes against hidden defects which cannot be seen by the eye during maintenance and inspections, the necessary determinations and controls are carried out to relieve these faults.

Laser Shaft Axis And Coupling Adjusting Device


 
    Axial misalignments on the motor and gear box connections may not be visible by eye on the crane. For this reason, we are able to determine faults in advance using our Fixture Laser device.
 

Endoscopic Imaging Device


 
   In order to determine faults during most malfunctions in gear boxes, the disassembly of the gear box is necessary. This situation causes both a loss of time and labour. With endoscopic imaging devices, the fault detection is carried out rapidly, and loss of time and labour prevented.
 
 

Line Inspection (NDT)


 
   After a period of time in operation or according to the working environment, some problems can arise with the lines used on cranes. While it is possible to visually check for wear, breakage and torsion on the outer wire of the lines, it is not possible to control visually for the wire breakage within the core. As Bülbüloğlu Cranes, we carry out inspections of lines using our NDT devices and prevent possible issues. Tests are carried out according to DIN ISO 4309 standards.
  

Vibration Test Device


 
  With these devices within BVS technical service, the required vibration tests of the equipment is carried out, and any possible malfunctions that may occur with the equipment are prevented.
